2 Remove finger marks from painted door surfaces and frames.

and corners.
2 Sweep all vinyl floors and other hard surfaced floors.

Dust all furniture thoroughly.
2 Dust and wipe down all metal furniture, then dry polish to
remove smear marks.

surfaces.

5 Remove finger marks, etc from all light switches and surrounds.
6 Dust and damp wipe all cabinets, radiators, sills, pipes and
all other fixtures and fittings.

Sweep and Mop hard floor areas.
2 Vacuum carpeted floor areas.
3 Deep clean kitchen floor cupboards, wall units and all
work surfaces.
4 Deep clean and disinfect all sink unit and draining
boards.
5 Collect any unwashed crockery wash and replace in units.
6 Remove litter and kitchen waste and dispose at designated
area.
7 Deep clean in and outer surfaces of refrigerator, microwave
oven.
8 Wash down all kitchen furniture.

Sweep all toilet floors.
2 Wash and disinfect toilet floors paying attention to edges
and corners behind pedestal and basins.
3 Dust and wipe down window sills, all ledges, shelves, mirrors,
fixtures and fittings.
4 Clean and polish all sanitary fittings, wash hand basins,
taps, urinals, WC's, etc.
5 Clean and polish both sides of WC seats.
6 Clean all chrome ware, low level cisterns and exposed pipe
work.
7 Wash inside and outside of lavatory pedestals and disinfect.
8 Thoroughly clean all surfaces to shower units and wash hand
basins.
9 Clean and disinfect WC pedestals.
10 Descale and disinfect wall mounted shower and shower cubicles
to best results.
11 Deep clean WC pedestals, below the waterline using descaling
agents.
12 Clean all pipe work, fixtures and fittings above hand reach
(6ft).
13 Clean all high level cisterns and exposed fixtures and fittings.
